Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) will be held on 27 February 2024 at 6.30 pm at SIA Lounge (Add: Level 2, 79A Neil Road, Singapore 088904), to consider and approve the proposed addendum to the SIA Constitution, regarding the conduct of future Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) by physical means, electronic means, or both.
