This year’s BCA-REDAS Quality Seminarwill be held on Tuesday, 31 October from 9am to 12.30pm at Auditorium T1-1, BCA Braddell Campus, 200 Braddell Rd, Singapore 579700.
With the increasing awareness in the relationship between “quality and maintainability”, and better upstream planning for Design for Maintainability (DfM) in a development, it is crucial for the developers to gain the applied knowledge of “quality and maintainability” for more efficient building maintenance in the Operation & Maintenance (Q&M) stage.

BCA will also share the latest update of the CONQUAS banding system for construction quality assessment that was launched in May 2023 which enables homeowners to better discern the quality of upcoming projects.
