This webinar will highlight all the latest revisions to the PSSCOC, and the implications for contractors and consultants. Both the traditional build-only and the design-and-build versions of the PSSCOC will be discussed.
Current issues, such as whether the latest version of the PSSCOC has dealt with problems arising from the Covid-19 situation and claims under the Security of Payment Act for loss and expense, will also be covered.
The rationale for the changes to the PSSCOC will be explained by the BCA, while the practical implications will be highlighted by 2 experienced lawyers specializing in construction law. There will also be a panel discussion session for participants to raise their questions to the speakers and panelists which include the SISV (QS Division) President Mr Khoo Sze Boon and BCA Group Director (Business Development) Mr Tan Chee Kiat.
