Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the http://membership.sia.org.sg website operated by Singapore Institute Of Architects ( UEN : S63SS0027H ).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Any person desirous of being admitted as a member of the Institute shall submit his online application to the Honorary Secretary on the given form.

Every online applicant applying as a corporate member shall be nominated by two Corporate Members who shall each have known the applicant for at least one year prior to the date of application.

All applications are to be accompanied by photocopies of the relevant documents, the appropriate entrance fee and annual subscription.

Refunds Policy

For any unsuccessful application due to any reason, refund will be available.

Kindly note, while we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible – it can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
