The 9th World Cities Summit (WCS) is set to take place in Singapore from 2 to 4 June 2024. Since its inception in 2008, WCS has united over 250 cities worldwide to tackle urban challenges and foster sustainable solutions. This year’s theme, “Liveable and Sustainable Cities: Rejuvenate, Reinvent, Reimagine,” explores the opportunities and the how-to’s to achieve smart, resilient and regenerative cities now and in the future.
WCS 2024 offers a dynamic platform for government leaders, industry experts, and academia to converge and exchange ideas across five thematic tracks: Cities for People, Resilient & Regenerative Cities, Smart Cities, Sustainable Financing of Cities, and Future Cities. Through plenaries, discussion sessions, and special convenings, delegates will engage in meaningful dialogue aimed at shaping the future of urban development.
