- It has come to BCA’s attention that some of the workers (or their families) might be concerned about the current situation regarding COVID-19.
- To assure workers and their families back home that Singapore have put in place effective measures to contain the spread of the COVID-19, we encourage contractors to actively communicate and share with your workers on the measures taken so far. To support contractors in sharing the message, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has produced a series of videos for foreign workers in various languages (please see the links below). We are also heartened to know that contractors have taken the initiative to implement precautionary measures on site and reassure their workers through videos (please see the link below, courtesy of SH Design & Build Pte Ltd).
- Please make use of these resources to share with your workers, e.g. screen the videos during the toolbox meetings, share the videos to their mobile phones so that they can watch it at their convenience and they can also share with their friends and families back home.
