Overview of BIM adoption for regulatory processing in BCA and the way forward

The presentation will provide an overview of the steps taken by BCA to accelerate BIM adoption through BIM e-Submission for regulatory processing. The speaker will also share BCA’s plans and forays into Native BIM formats and automated code checking to further advance the potential of BIM technology.
Design for Maintainability: Façade Access

The presentation will touch on the principles of Design for Maintainability with emphasis on the importance and good practices in upstream considerations for façade access.
Lightning Protection System (LPS) in Buildings

The presentation aims to provide advisory on the good practices for the design, construction and maintenance of LPS in Buildings. It will also brief on new Certificate of Supervision (CSC03) and Test Form, and changes in SS555:2018:Part 3 (Draft).
