20 Under 45 is an initiative to select and document the works of 20 Singapore-registered architects aged 45 years and under. The series was first launched in 2004 and the second edition took place in 2010. Through the works of the 20 young architects, the initiative aims to heighten public awareness and appreciation of design quality in the built environment. It also serves to encourage a more vibrant professional design community by promoting and giving recognition to talented young architects in Singapore.
‘20 Under 45: The Third Edition’ (2017) features an exhibition that showcases the selected works of 20 Singapore-registered architects through the medium of images and models, and an accompanying publication.
