Overview
Arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, Anil will consider (a) the concerns such as Force Majeure, Exceptional Events, Frustration; (b) how issues (as opposed to disputes) that may arise could best be dealt with through Appropriate Dispute Resolution; and (c) ultimately how all parties concern need and should consider far greater Collaborative Contracting.
