There are no set speakers or speeches. Delegates will be invited to submit topics for discussion or debate in advance of the Symposium. The topics submitted will be grouped into themes for discussion during working sessions. Delegates, whose topics are chosen for discussion, will be invited to introduce their topics. These discussions will be moderated by experienced co-chairs — typically well-known leading arbitration practitioners or judges from Singapore and abroad. To preserve the quality of discussion and debate, the number of delegates will be restricted so please register your interest early to save a seat.

This year’s symposium will again be held at Singapore’s old parliamentary chamber, for the 6th year running.
