Workshop Synopsis
Two parallel tracks on Digital Delivery in Design and Construction and Business Intelligence using Smart Building Solution are available to guide participants to better understand how these techniques can be applied in your daily work to improve performance.
Workshop 1: Practical Approach to Digital Delivery in Design and Construction
The speaker will share how to leverage on current technology to move forward to meetBuilding & Construction Authority’s Digital Transformation Roadmap with Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD). The topic will cover the implementation of IDD in both Design and Construction stages with some practical applications.
Workshop 2: How can Developers Benefit from Adopting a Smart Building Solutions (TBC)
Learn from business intelligent experts to better understand how a well-executed Smart Building solution can provide useful information to developers to better manage the facility management requirements. This will include improving energy consumption, security control, fire protection and even spotting interesting opportunities that may not be visible or problems that may not have happened. Case studies will be shared to guide participants to understand how to plan and implement such solutions to benefit the developers.
