DPM’s Fortitude Budget speech highlighted the need for partnerships to develop industry-led solutions to the challenges that all enterprises are grappling with, to emerge stronger from the crisis, pre-positioning Singapore to harvest opportunities that arise, and be more resilient to future challenges.
“Regardless if it is a NIC-type or Enterprise-specific challenge, we would encourage your organisation to share these challenges with us through the attached Problem Statement Template. Subsequently, together with our appointed consultant, we will engage your organisation in a problem refining workshop to contextualise these submitted challenges to your needs and refine them to be easily understood by potential problem solvers.
The National Innovation Challenges will be launched over a series of Innovation Calls, starting from the 3rd week of July 2020. We look forward to receive your Problem Statement template and will start working with your organisation to admit them into either NIC (to be launched from 3rd week of July) or the regular BEAMP cycle (to be launched tentatively in Q42020).”
