1. The Chairman of Civil & Structural Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) had announced that the Performance Assessment Report can now be purchased in person at Institution of Engineers Singapore. 

2. Each purchase of the Performance Assessment Report will be charged at SG$30. 

3. The JAC believed that this initiative can help to tighten the overall system & quality of the RE/RTOs. At the same time, this shall reinforce the need for RE/RTOs to submit Performance Assessment Report during renewal of RE/RTO accreditation as long as they are attached to Development Projects for the past year. 

4. This circular also aims to create awareness in the industry amongst building companies and agencies of the importance of the appraising system.
